INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Individual therapy is a one-on-one session between you and your therapist.
COUPLE'S
SESSIONS
A couple’s session is where you and your partner come in and sit down together with your therapist.
DISCERNMENT SESSIONS
A discernment session is where a couple can come into a safe, respectful environment to find an understanding of where their relationship is.
CO-PARENTING SESSIONS
A co-parenting session involves you and the person you are a raising a child with.
